Select Tile, Marble & Flooring, LLC was contracted by Gilbane Building Co. to perform the installation of carpet, flooring, tile and a shower waterproofing system, as a part of a larger office renovation project at one of the nation’s largest investment firms with offices located in Quincy, MA. Select Tile’s scope consisted of the install of VCT, hardwood flooring and carpet tiles throughout the space. A major part of the scope consisted of the gym, locker rooms and bathrooms, which consisted of the install of rubber gym floors; a complete waterproofing system in the locker shower rooms (i.e. shower pans, linear drains, grate assembly and niche); the install of tile in the locker room, as well as the restrooms walls and floors. Select Tile refreshed the second floor food court with wood and carpet flooring and installed floor and wall tiles. Scope also included the installation large format porcelain tile panels in the west lobby.
