Select Tile was hired by Gutierrez Co. to perform the flooring and tile install as part of lobby repositioning project at One Wall Street in Burlington, MA to contend with major competition in a burgeoning commercial real estate market. This renovation includes a new shared tenant café, shared meeting spaces and new window-lined fitness facility. Select Tile’s scope consisted of the install of large format tile flooring in the lobby, staircases, and café; the install of tile in two newly renovated restrooms; the install of rubber sports flooring in the gym area; and the install of new carpet in the hallways.
