Select Tile Marble & Flooring was contracted directly by Consigli Construction Co. to perform the installation of over 200,000SF of flooring in one of South Boston’s newest developments referred to as “the 105,” a best-in-class laboratory building. Select’s scope included epoxy floors, polished concrete, carpet tile, resilient tile, flash cove welded sheet vinyl, resilient base, porcelain floor tile, ceramic wall tile, and backsplash tile.
